The Role: Java Full stack developer

Location: St Louis, Missouri, United States

Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Java Fullstack Developer to join our innovative and dynamic team. As a Java Fullstack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing web applications and systems from the ground up. Your combined knowledge of front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries will make you an integral part of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable, robust, and high-performance web applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.

Work across the full stack of technologies to enable the highest priority work to be delivered.

Write clean, functional code on the front- and back-end, and troubleshoot and debug applications.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues, optimize performance, and enhance functionality.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose their adoption where beneficial to our technology stack.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills

10+ years’ experience translating functional product requirements into application-layer code, and visual designs into functional user interfaces within traditional web applications

Java, J2EE, Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Aspects, etc.), JPA, JSF, JUnit, Web Services (SOAP & REST), JSON/XML, JBoss, Log4j, Eclipse STS, SQL, Oracle DB Server

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS (8+), jQuery

Experience working with API development (REST & SOAP), Microservices.
