We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record of supporting high-level executives to join a fast-growing company in the Dallas area. As the Executive Assistant you will be contributing to the continued success and growth of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative and project management support. The ideal candidate is intuitive, resourceful, takes initiative and can multi-task while maintaining complex schedules. This role requires flexibility, strong interpersonal communication skills, and exceptional time management skills.

NOTE: This is a full-time, in-office position.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative assistance; write and edit emails, draft memos, and prepare communications on the executive’s behalf.

Coordinate logistics for external speaking engagements and conferences, including travel arrangements and event registration.

Attend meetings as needed, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes in a timely manner.

Maintain and compile accurate records, documents, and reports using software, spreadsheets, or PowerPoint.

Manage day-to-day work calendar and schedule for executive.

Coordinate and organize high-level meetings and events with discretion.

Handle miscellaneous tasks and special projects as needed.

Assist with strategic developments as requested by executive.

Minimum Skills Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.

Highly organized and analytical, with strong interpersonal skills.

Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to multitask effectively and take direction.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Strong ability to anticipate the executive's needs while maintaining confidentiality.
