ZAG Interactive is seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the digital space, self-motivated, love a challenge and be passionate about the company they work for. This position will be the point of contact with clients while working directly with internal staff to manage multiple accounts. As an advocate for our clients, Digital Account Managers will identify solutions and opportunities to help achieve and exceed client expectations. The Digital Account Manager will report to the AVP of Account Management.
Responsibilities
Build relationships, maintain, and enhance interactions with identified clients, while serving as day-to-day contact for identified clients
Ensure that clients are satisfied with deliverables and escalate feedback to management
Take initiative and review client website / analytics to determine opportunities
Develop strategic plan to communicate new ideas / cross-sell ZAG services
Stay up to date on features of all CMS’s ZAG builds on as well as overall industry technologies and trends
Coordinate recurring meetings with dedicated clients.
Maintain updated client notes and minutes from meetings
Act as resource manager for new requests
Keep CRM (Zoho) up to date with all meeting notes, key client interactions, etc.
Track hours used for each client and report both internally as well as to the client, when applicable
Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Act as project manager for small client projects utilizing Workfront for resourcing
Work with team members to scope new client work and create cost summaries as needed for new client work
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management or account servicing position, ideally in the digital space
Understanding of web technologies and the web development life cycle
Experience with small project management
Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thrive in deadline-driven, fast-paced work environment
Experience with Workfront (project management tool) or Zoho (CRM) is a plus
Previous experience in a digital agency is a plus
