Vernovis is partnering with a local, global company to find a GRC Manager. This manager will ensure that business decisions integrate risk considerations, harmonize business goals with Global Information Security and Technology Program objectives. This guarantees the continuous safeguarding of data and systems' confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience.

What You'll Do:

Lead SOX audits, partnering with control owners to validate technology controls.

Drive ISO 27001 certification efforts for global alignment with IT security frameworks.

Facilitate maintenance of a comprehensive risk registry, ensuring escalation processes are in place.

Provide guidance and leadership in executing key initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather risks, document processes, and establish efficient workflows.

What Experience You'll Have:

Bachelor’s degree.

Proficiency in compliance frameworks including SOX, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-53.

Previous experience in GRC roles, with a track record of driving successful projects.

Certification such as CISA, CISM, or similar, demonstrating expertise in cybersecurity and compliance.

What Experience is Nice to Have

Experience with SOC2, COSO framework, and CIS security controls.
