SalesForce Data Coordinator

Manage the syncing from other systems into Salesforce, such as the peer-to-peer fundraising and online auction platform.

Maintain campaigns, their relationships to online tools, and to one another.

Run reports and build dashboards for Development staff as requested.

Ensure that the team remains trained and current in all areas related to maintaining excellent customer service with donors and corresponding metrics are tracked in Salesforce consistently, efficiently, and effectively.

Assist with on-site registration for events as needed.

Assist in writing policies and procedures for the creation of new records and existing records in an accurate and consistent manner.

Assist with and provide support and training to Development department staff as they utilize Salesforce in their daily work.

Assist staff with searches, and running reports
