Job Details:

Lead a small team of engineers and scientists to develop novel electrolyte technologies.

Serve as the internal subject matter expert for battery electrolytes.

Develop innovative polymer and liquid electrolyte engineering strategies, chemistries, and formulations to enhance battery performance.

Conduct in-depth literature and industry reviews to identify promising chemical strategies.

Work hands-on in the lab to troubleshoot issues, push the technology forward, and mentor engineers on technical and professional development.
