Position Overview:

We are in search of a visionary President to lead our company to new heights in market share and innovation while upholding our longstanding commitment to quality. The President will steer the strategic direction of the company, inspire the team, and ensure operational excellence across all departments.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the company's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Foster innovation in product development and operational efficiency.

Business Growth: Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market share, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our position in the wear part sectors.

Financial Oversight: Provide stewardship of the company's financial health, managing budgets, optimizing profitability, and ensuring sustainable growth. Implement cost-effective measures to improve operational efficiency and maximize ROI.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing executive team and cross-functional departments, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Customer Relations: Build and nurture relationships with key customers, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Product Innovation: Collaborate with the engineering team to drive product innovation, differentiate our offerings, and stay ahead of market trends.

Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress towards strategic objectives, driving accountability and continuous improvement.

Vendor and Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in executive leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision-making skills.

Financial acumen with experience in budget management, financial analysis, and performance metrics tracking.
