Job Description: We seek a bilingual (Korean/English) Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a C-suite executive at our renowned semiconductor company client. In this temporary 8-month position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive's office while fostering effective communication and coordination.

Responsibilities:

Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, prioritizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Handle internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence in Korean and English.

Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.

Assist with special projects, research tasks, and data analysis as needed.

Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and discussions.

Provide administrative support to the executive team and other departments as required.

Requirements:

Fluency in Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

Professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.
