Job Title: Project Manager - Industrial Plumbing

Salary: $80,000-$110,000

Function: Industrial and commercial

The Client

A rare opportunity to work at one of the most reputable industrial MEP contractors in Erie County. They are currently looking for a Project Manager with experience across plumbing.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Consult with the client to determine functional and technical requirements of the scope of work and prepare estimates regarding labor, materials, equipment, estimated costs and construction time

• Uses extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts to properly identify and process scope changes, address issues, communicate regarding project milestones, etc.

• Ensures all equipment, tools, and employees assigned to the project operate in accordance with government regulations, customer requirements, company policy, and safety requirements.

• Travels to job sites on a regular basis to oversee projects.

Experience:

• Experience in commercial or industrial plumbing and building systems

• 3 years’ experience in project management.

• Competent in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task

• Proven success in delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget.

Preferences:

Degree in mechanical, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or another related discipline.
