Role Summary

This role will provide first-response support to associates for all AV equipment related issues, as well as assisting the Director of Technology with new hire orientation & setup assistance. This role will also partner with our outsourced IT resource to address in-office IT needs.

What You Will Do

Partner with outsourced IT resource to set up new computers.

Conduct troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.

Conduct audio and video setups for public programs and meetings (all things AV equipment related).

Maintain and/or develop step-by-step procedural documentation.

Provide IT orientation assistance for new employees.

Manage hardware inventory system.

Support business-related smartphone use (including MFA and all applications).

Assist in ad hoc IT related projects as directed.

What You Will Bring

Technical school degree/certificate, including Microsoft certifications

2+ years of experience providing operating system and standard office application support including installation and troubleshooting/resolution of software-related errors

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365, OSX, iOS, and Android technology
