DESCRIPTION:
The Operations coordinator will assist Operations team with any and all daily, weekly and monthly tasks, serving as the right-hand person responsible for smooth running of the company finances and performance.

Financial
Inventory Platform - Sales Order entry for all B2B and shipment creation
Submit invoices to our B2B customers
Calculate Retailer co-op
Monthly sample & giveaway tracking & recording
AR/AP tracking for all vendors and B2B Customers, etc.
Provide updates of payment status to our vendors
AP bill entry in Quickbooks (for all vendors and contractors)
Assist the Accountant(CFO) w/ Bulk & component inventory tracking and BOM
Assist the accountant w/ Bank reconciliation
Weekly meeting with Operations Manager
Process UPS and DHL bill payments
Keep track of monthly sales based on the time of shipment
Submit PO to Vendors
Track and check monthly Warehouse/3PL billing
Track and check retailer chargebacks
Monthly sales report and forecast updates
Distributor & International
PO receipt & processing
New product and POS material introduction
Product introduction
Invoice entry in QB/ Inventory Platform
Sending Invoices
Payment tracking
Onboarding and setup documentation processing and coordination
Miscellaneous
In-house Marketing & PR event and project management coordination, such as kitting gift boxes, etc with team, warehouse.
Assist Operations Manager and General Manager on various tasks
Routing, filing and tracking documents internally and externally between vendors and team.
