Senior Full Stack Developer

IPC is seeking a Sr. Developer, you will design, produce, and implement software solutions on the .NET platform, leveraging Sitecore technology in a Microsoft Azure environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and enhance Sitecore-based applications in accordance with business requirements and best practices.

Develop APIs and other integrations to different platforms like CRM MS Dynamics, Great plains, legacy in-house developed applications, so Full Stack Development experience is a plus.

Implement Sitecore templates, layouts, components, and workflows to create scalable and maintainable websites.

Optimize performance and ensure the scalability, availability, and security of Sitecore applications in the Microsoft Azure environment.

Troubleshoot and debug Sitecore-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives and deliverables.

Establishment and enforcement of coding standards and practices.

Follow team process by entering and tracking implementation information including work items and tasks in Team Foundation Server (TFS).

Creation and delivery of detailed technical presentations to IT peers, business stakeholders, and management as needed.

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging Sitecore and Azure technologies to propose innovative solutions. Participate in on-call rotation, receiving and responding to daytime and after-hours alerts.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Sitecore Certified Professional Developer

6+ years of professional experience working with Sitecore, including customization, development, and maintenance of Sitecore-based solutions.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and experience deploying Sitecore applications in an Azure environment.

6+ total years proficiency in .NET development using C# and ASP.NET.

6+ years as Full Stack developer.

10+ total years’ experience in software design and implementation in distributed, multi- tier, heterogeneous client systems using structured, object-oriented languages.

Experience with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and diagrammatic skills.

Understanding of web development best practices, performance optimization, and security principles.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus.

Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems.

Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
