In-House: Patent Prosecution Counsel/Attorney

We are seeking a Patent Prosecution Attorney for a Counsel position with a background in engineering or computer science for a corporation in Irvine.

Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience with:

-Prosecuting foreign and U.S. patent applications for software, semiconductors, and digital communication

-Draft applications and respond to office actions in the USPTO

-Draft agreements for intellectual property licenses

-J.D.

-Currently California barred

-USPTO barred
