Marketing Copywriter

We are seeking a talented Copywriter to join the marketing team on a hybrid basis in Irvine, Ca.

In this role, you will collaborate with various divisions and regions to create engaging marketing, social media, and blog content. The ideal candidate will be a team player with exceptional multitasking abilities, self-sufficiency, and a passion for delivering high-quality work under pressure.

Craft compelling copy for marketing materials, including campaign messaging, emails, taglines, social media posts, and display ads.

Develop blog posts on both national and market-specific topics.

Demonstrate creativity in campaign approaches, naming, and other aspects of content creation.

Participate in production and creative strategy meetings on a regular basis.

Maintain open communication with management and supervisors to receive direction and feedback.

Self-edit copy to ensure adherence to the company's style guide.

Tailor writing style and tone to suit different target audiences.

Conduct research on market trends, home designs, and target demographics.

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Real Estate, architecture, building experience a plus
