Job Description:

Taylor English Duma LLP is seeking a talented and motivated Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join our thriving practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark, copyright and media litigation as well as trademark prosecution. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes IP disputes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on intellectual property issues

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

Assist with discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests

Manage trademark prosecution docket

Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings

Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams throughout the litigation process

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

Exceptional academic credentials from a top-tier law school

Admission to at least one state bar

1-5 years of experience practicing intellectual property litigation, preferably in a law firm setting

Strong legal research and analytical skills

Superb writing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Demonstrated commitment to client service and professionalism
