Job Title: Data Quality Lead - 2 positions.

B2B role. Looking for someone with experience pulling and interpreting data for Big Box retailers and vendors. Most of this data comes through SAP and Salesforce.

B2C role. Looking for someone with experience at pulling and interpreting data from Data Bricks and Azure Data Lakes. They have over 10 million customers who buy directly so data can come from everywhere.

Job Description: The Data Quality Lead in Master Data Management (MDM) is responsible for ensuring the quality of master data, focusing on customers (B2C) and partners (B2B) across the enterprise. This role involves strategizing and executing tactics to enhance data quality for accurate decision-making and efficient processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and train team members, end users, business partners, and stakeholders on master data quality processes, tools, metrics, and lifecycle.

Influence and improve the documentation and use of MDM data standards/definitions, process flows, and supporting systems to enhance master data governance maturity.

Create, measure, and analyze master data content & quality to identify and implement improvements.

Act as the subject matter expert for customer and partner information, contributing to growth opportunities and data quality enhancements.

Manage projects related to master data quality improvements, including implementing new processes and software solutions.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in data quality tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive continuous improvement in data quality and governance processes.

Education:

Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) certifications or 5 years of business experience with data profiling tools.

Purview experience or 5 years of business experience with data catalog/glossary.

Agile, Lean, and/or Six Sigma certifications.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience with SalesForce (CRM).

Minimum of 5 years of experience with Informatica Data Quality data profiling tool or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of experience with Purview data catalog tool or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of experience with Master Data Management.

Minimum of 3 years of experience with Customer Data Integration tool & event data.

Experience as a project team member or business process team member on a business or technology project.

Experience in business process mapping/design, documentation, implementation, and automation.

Experience in IT Technical design or development.

Experience developing, managing, and reporting metrics and KPIs (key performance indicators).

Experience with Six Sigma tools and processes, e.g., Value Stream Mapping.

Experience with customer marketing, customer lifecycles, customer experience metrics.
