Patent Prosecution Paralegal

International law firm is seeking an experienced patent prosecution paralegal to work in their Atlanta office!

Do you have the following experience:

5+ years of patent prosecution experience - including Foreign and Domestic experience

Experience preparing patent applications and all transmittal forms.

Preparation and filing of IDS'.

Docketing

Bachelor's Degree is Required - Paralegal Cert preferred

Ability to work overtime!

Must be proficient with Excel, PP, Word & Adobe.

hybrid with three (3) days in the office and two (2) remote!
