Responsibilities:

Draft reports, plans, specifications, and permit applications.

Develop project scopes, budgets, and manage project finances.

Deliver presentations on marketing, client management, and technical aspects.

Supervise and mentor junior staff on design and construction projects.

Manage construction projects, including reviewing drawings and coordinating meetings.

Prepare technical papers for professional conferences.

Cultivate client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

6+ years of experience (Bachelor's) or 5+ years (Master's) in a relevant field.

Registered Professional Engineer or working towards licensure within one year.

Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of professional licensure, subject to managerial recommendation and senior leadership review.
