Qualifications:

Previous experience in plumbing or construction industry.

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics processes.

Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, sales counter, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products.

Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.

Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.

Train, coach, and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.

Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to coordinate inventory levels and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.

Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to warehouse operations, striving to provide prompt and satisfactory resolutions.Company Description
