Property Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for the day to day operation of a Multifamily property, as well as be a part of the general decision making team.

Responsibilities:

Marketing and leasing

Investigate and resolve tenant complaints

Care for all maintenance needs in a timely fashion.

Recommend maintenance projects and preventative maintenance items for your property

Supervise and train property staff

Enforce property rules and regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Multifamily property manager

Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases

Ability to build rapport with tenants

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiar with property management software

Experience in lease-up projects
