Responsibilities (additional responsibilities may apply):
P&L oversight with General Manager
Inventory management
Checklist/process outline creation
Correct/Report serious issues regarding safety, equipment, staff challenges
Workstations within the restaurant as needed
Day to day monitoring/education for food safety, proper processes, and procedures
Feedback to management regarding staffing/individual training progress
Hands on training for prep and backline (FOH roles as needed)
Restaurant Organization/cleanliness
Quality control
Staff leadership development
Customer Retention/Problem Resolution
Training Evaluation Feedback Reports
Recommending solutions to restaurant challenges/inefficiencies and staff issues
Team
Primary Point of contact for staff
Daily Break rotation
Set example for staff in all positions
Positive reinforcement/motivator of team
Address escalated guest complaints
Kitchen Oversight
Know and reinforce food safety standards (inventory rotation, sanitizer buckets, handwash/gloves, time/temp, etc…).
Maintain overall organization within kitchen and storage areas
Initiate in-service prep when necessary
Maintain standards for ticket times and service
Maintain consistency of recipes
Maintain food quality standards
Reinforce restaurant/kitchen rules

Qualifications:
Able to lift up to 35lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to learn multiple positions and work them interchangeably
Strong verbal communication skills
Must pass required certifications
Minimum 3 years of applicable restaurant experience
Track record demonstrating strong leadership skills and emotional IQ
Ability to work 35-40 hours/week (5-6 days)
Ability to work late nights (until 1am Sun-Thu & 3am Fri/Sat)
