This is a remote position.

Ticket Management and Dispatch: Manage the intake, prioritization, and dispatch of support tickets through Autotask, ensuring adherence to SLAs and effective issue resolution.

L1 Technical Support: Handle basic IT support tasks including Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive management, Windows user setup, basic software installation, and troubleshooting.

Documentation and Knowledge Management: Work with senior techs to maintain accurate IT documentation in ITGlue and create knowledge base articles to aid self-service.

Customer Communication: Actively communicate with clients, providing updates and translating technical details effectively.

Continuous Improvement: Identify trends in support issues and participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.

At least 3+ years experience

Demonstrated experience in L1 technical support with proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows systems.

Strong troubleshooting abilities and experience with ticketing and documentation systems.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Independent work style with strong prioritization skills.

Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
