IC Design Engineers - Analog - Power - Mixed Signal

We seek analog integrated circuit designers skilled in mixed signal and/or a combination of power and analog. You will be a key member of an Austin design team. Title: Integrated Circuit Design Engineer (senior, lead & principal levels)

Location: Austin, Texas. Hybrid onsite 2-3 days weekly. Full relocation offered.

Compensation: Depending on experience we see a base salary to ~$210,000. Client offers a stellar benefits package. A solid bonus upside along with RSUs.

What will get our attention:

PhD/MS/BS EE/CE

A minimum of five years taking circuits from the lab into production.

Designing for different CMOS processes and geometry nodes.

A hands-on technical leader, coach, and mentor.

Highly skilled in CMOS analog design and layout.

Proficient user of Matlab, Verilog-A, and System Verilog.

Skilled in s-domain and z-domain analysis.

Behavioral modeling.

Solid debug skills.

Responsibilities: Develop CMOS mixed-signal circuitry from concept to production. Model analog circuits in Matlab, Verilog-A, and SystemVerilog. Simulate and verify circuit performance and functionality using Spectre and Maestro. Simulation and verification at the chip level using analog-on-top and digital-on-top methodologies.
