A Processing Specialist internally services the customers by maintaining their inventory through performing record center tasks including retrievals, incoming, destructions, internal moves, permanent withdrawals and any special projects requested.

CAD Dollar Inventory: Prepare CAD dollar packages for courier Adjust CAD dollar inventory accordingly Verify CAD cash receiving from clients Daily balancing of CAD cash Foreign Currency Inventory: Consolidate foreign currencies to sell to wholesale traders and/or replenish inventory.

Ship foreign currencies via FedEx to clients.

Ship foreign currencies via Armored Couriers.

Daily inventory balancing of all major foreign currencies, and bi-weekly for all minor foreign currencies.

Maintain accurate counts of all foreign banknotes in inventory.

Contract all obsolete banknotes.

Comply with all Company policies and procedures as found in the Vault Manual and other Company Operations Manual.

As a member of Exchange Bank of Canada’s Team, you help ensure that all orders and wholesale transactions adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies and procedures.

This is a full-time position.

Days of work are Monday through Friday.

Occasional evening work may be required as job duties demand.
