Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain financial records, including, invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Desktop accounting software.
Process accounts receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
Contact delinquent clients regarding collections.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Solid understanding of financial statements.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Qualifications
Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
