Conduct inspections onboard own fleet of tugs and train Deck crews (including masters) on good seamanship practices

Perform accident / incident investigations, propose corrective/preventive actions and present findings

Assist in operational readiness of 3rd party chartered vessel (mobilization and demobilization)

Attend to suitability surveys prior hire of vessel / barges and rectifications of punch-list items in time

Advise the President on Maritime rules and regulations

Liaison with customers on operational Maritime matters, including attending to customer project /safety meetings

Advise the President, Vice President and Captains during annual reviews

Make suggestions for improvements and saving within areas of involvement

Assist with operational duties as may require from time to time

Travel as and when required
