Job Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the working time and living time of the actors to ensure the actors maintain a good condition to complete the resident performance

Coordinate the actors' rehearsal and preparation time, keep abreast of the rehearsal progress and ensure the actors are informed to participate in the rehearsal and performance on time

Coordinate the needs for the actors' work life balance

Job Requirements:

More than 5 years' experience in coordinating large-scale performances, and experience in managing large teams

Have good communication skills, coordination skills, patience and responsibility to help actors adapt to high-intensity performances and emergencies

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
