Location: Across Germany / Hybrid

The Opportunity

We are looking for a full-time HR Assistant (d/f/m) to manage the end-to-end HR processes (from hire to exit) in our Frankfurt HR Shared Service team. You will work very closely with Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) & our business teams. You will also provide end-to-end administrative support in HR processes for the entire lifecycle for the employees during their Cognizant tenure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide multilingual support within the HRSS team

Co-operate with HRBPs, Recruitment Team, Immigration Team and other business functions within the organization

Review, improve, and manage HRSS processes

Report the issues and challenges to her/his manager

Suggest proactively improvement ideas

Provides first in-line support, responding to queries, signposting employees to policies, procedures & specialist advice from the other members of the team

Efficiently manage and administer the HR operations processing timely and accurate

Your Qualification

Initial experience in the area around Human Resources

MS Office skills especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Enjoy working with different business units as well as local and international colleagues within a multicultural matrix organisation

A high level of flexibility, reliability, intercultural competence and the ambition to support with the best possible quality

Team player and good communicator in both German as well English language and Nordic, Scandinavian and/or Baltic language is a plus
