SAVECO North America – Aftermarket Sales Specialist

Are you a sales professional with a strong customer service focus? Are you a detail-oriented self-starter? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

SAVECO North America is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in a critical support role supporting our customers with installed equipment, including replacement parts and service.

The more experience the better, but at a minimum you'll need the following:

A working knowledge of CRM and ERP programs (SAP preferred)

Mechanical aptitude (envision what a customer is dealing with so you can counsel them on the components they will need)

Excellent customer service and relentless follow up skills

NOTE: The sales process is almost exclusively phone and e-mail based. You will be responsible for making outbound inquiries, preparing quotes, tracking activities and inventory and ensuring orders are filled in a timely manner.

Position Summary:

SAVÉCO North America provides mechanical equipment for liquid/solid separation to the municipal, industrial, and agricultural markets in the United States and its territories, as well as Canada.

This position is responsible for Sales including replacement parts and comprehensive equipment upgrades.

A successful Aftermarket Sales Specialist will be:

A detail-oriented problem solver,

Capable of working autonomously,

A strong communicator (verbal/written communication is the primary “tool” of this trade)

AND will have a strong customer service mentality

You will support an internal function with a proven track record and solid revenue generation! This position will also provide visibility for upward movement within the inside and outside sales teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Generate quotations based on customer inquiries

Collect and tracking related data

Generate monthly reports

Continuously reach out to the customers in our existing installation base

Actively manage open quotations

Passively manage sold quotations to ensure timely and complete fulfillment

Minimum Requirements:

Associates degree or equivalent work experience

Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP programs (SAS preferred)

Strong mechanical aptitude

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Word, and Excel
