Summary: Provide excellent customer service and process orders 11:00am-8:00pm, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities: Answer in-bound customer calls and address their needs. Complete documentation and enter information into system.

Qualifications: Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred. Qualified candidates will have strong communication and customer service skills, have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be able to independently follow through on tasks. Must be computer literate, have a professional and positive attitude, excellent telephone skills and pay attention to detail. HS Diploma or GED is required.
