We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into potential clients. You will work closely with our sales team to generate new business opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to our continued success in the Triangle market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to identify potential clients and develop a robust pipeline of leads.
Client Engagement & Lead Conversion: Initiate contact with potential clients and maintain regular follow-up to build rapport, assess their needs, and provide information about our real estate services.
Outbound Prospecting: Schedule appointments for potential clients with our sales agents and ensure seamless coordination for property showings and consultations and eventually transactions.
Market & Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhoods to provide valuable insights and information to clients, to include our team listings and value proposition.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Qualifications:
Holds current NC Real Estate license.
Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales, high achiever
Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology.
Proficiency in CRM software, dialers and GSuite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Communicates effectively with peers, leadership, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form
Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
Weekly Requirements & Performance Expectations:
Metrics tracked daily (Dials, Conversations, Appointments) - entire week complete by Thu 5pm
100 Dials per day / 20 conversations per day / 4 appointments per day = 500 Dials per week / 100 conversations per week / 20 appointments per week - minimum standard
Team meeting attendance - ISA & Training Attendance - Special Event Attendance
Update all team lead sources once per week by Thursday at 5pm
On call weekend rotation
