Job Description

Fresh Baguette is growing rapidly and is looking to fill Facility Cleaner roles, a key position within the Sanitation Department. The work allows our team to be able to come to work in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

As a Facility Cleaner at Fresh Baguette, you can expect perform a range of duties while maintaining all mandatory safety and sanitation standards throughout the building and grounds.

Dishwashing

Laundering uniforms

Providing cleaning services within buildings and grounds such as emptying trash cans, removing debris, cleaning rest rooms, vacuuming, sweeping, sanitizing, and mopping

Setting up the stations throughout the Production Department for the day's baking

Performing basic equipment repairs

Wiping down/dusting dock doors and various equipment

Performing routine check-ins to check that spaces like restrooms are always sanitary

Hours

For this position, you must have open availability to work any day of the week:

4PM-12AM

Pay: $17-$19/hour

Qualifications

Current authorization to work in the U.S. without needing current or future sponsorship

Reliable transportation to work

Willingness to work in a hot/cold and humid environment

Proficient in ability to switch between tasks and responsibilities as needed

Ability to lift 100+ lbs

Ability to work in a standing position for 8+ hours shift

Ability to follow given procedure

Ability to adhere to company safety and food safety guidelines

Prior experience as a janitor, custodian, facility cleaner or porter (Preferred)

Prior experience working in food production or similar environment that prioritized high quality assurance standards in sanitization and food safety (Preferred)
