Job Description
Responsibilities:
Reporting to plant manager and working with cross functional teams to for develop, implement, and measuring processes related to cost reduction, operational optimization, and quality.
Implement best practices in order to assure plant productivity, process improvement and safety goals are met.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in food production manufacturing environment.
5 years of experience in management role
Knowledge in continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Bilingual preferred
