We're on the lookout for exceptional talent with a blend of education and experience that equips them for success in this role. Desirable qualifications include:

A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field

Two to four years of professional experience in human resources

Prior exposure to Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

Certification such as SHRM CP or PHR is a plus

What does a typical day in this role be like?

Each day offers a diverse range of responsibilities within our People and Culture team, included, but not limited to facilitating orientation and onboarding initiatives, driving talent acquisition support, assisting in HR data and processes, and contributing to the development of HR strategies.

To excel in this position, you'll need the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

A commitment to servant-based leadership principles

Desire to create and administer a premier employee experience through every stage of the employee life cycle

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong project management abilities, with a knack for multitasking and prioritization

Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities

Discretion when handling confidential information
