POSITION OVERVIEW
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (10:00 am - 4:00 pm EST) (2 days a week remote - Tue, Thur). THIS POSITION REQUIRES REPORTING TO OUR OFFICE 3 DAYS A WEEK.
Applicant must be available for some work outside of business hours on weekdays.

Creative Analytics is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of an established digital agency. The Executive Assistant is a highly organized individual and go-getter with impeccable attention to detail who is able to plan and execute events, project across several functional areas of a business, as well as support strategic marketing and sales initiatives. The selected applicant will be a go-getter with experience executing executive administrative tasks (calendar management, inbox management, travel planning, file organization) and an advanced knowledge of marketing channels, lead generation, and social media. This is not a marketing position, however, understanding of marketing concepts will serve the incumbent well.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Anticipate the CEO's needs to free up time and proactively address issues before they develop.
Serves as first-line of defense with high volume of phone & email communications.
Processing and managing email inbox and calendars.
Scheduling internal and external meetings.
Drafting and managing correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive, as appropriate.
Document organization and management — to include scanning and e-filing.
Management of company-wide SOP documentation.
Initiating and completing orders and purchases.
Booking travel and accommodations cost-effectively and meticulously filing expenses.
Planning and executing various team events and retreats.
Prioritizes and tracks deliverables, manages project timelines, deadlines and requests.
Participates in meetings as needed — takes minutes and disseminates information to relevant stakeholders.
Assist with data migration and reporting for the organization.
Handle some personal errands and travel planning as needed.
Meet daily with the CEO to review ongoing projects and tasks as well as brainstorm and discuss lead generation systems and strategy.
Oversee internal social content production with the marketing team.
Lead direction and production of social media and video content with the CEO.
KNOWLEDGE
Strong knowledge of lead generation strategy
Have a working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
Advanced knowledge of marketing channels, strategy, and tactics
Advanced written and verbal English
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of recent, full-time administrative support, reporting to one or more executives
2+ years of digital marketing experience
Highly-motivated self starter
Strong sense of accountability and self-awareness
Very dependable
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills to build relationships with clients, prospects, vendors, and internal team members
Big picture, long-term thinking, analytical skills to address top level issues and use data to find best solution
Impeccable attention to detail — able to complete tasks fast with minimal/no errors
Takes confidentiality very seriously
Able to understand ideas & goals and translate them into effective marketing strategies
Strong organization skills, particularly using electronic systems
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Strong technical skills using web based applications or comfort with learning new technology
Experience using Google Workplace applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs, GDrive, etc)
Experience using popular design applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated skills in planning and managing projects
Valid driver's license with clean driving record (car will be provided for work tasks as needed)
PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, & CERTIFICATIONS
Eye for design, knowledge of color theory for design
Advanced understanding of web design or HTML/CSS skills
Experience using WordPress
Experience using project management software like Asana or Clickup
Experience using camera/video equipment
Video editing skills
