Freight Forwarding Operation Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete logistics lifecycle for air and ocean shipments.

Create and manage shipping documentation, bookings, schedules, customs clearance, and truck dispatch.

Resolve customer inquiries and collaborate with international partners.

Conduct monthly financial settlements, including accurate billing and P&L reporting.

Maintain and improve logistics KPIs.

Qualifications:

A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.

Understanding of Supply Chain Management for import/export.

At least entry-level experience in the logistics sector, +1 years preferred.

Independent work ethic, team collaboration skills, and multi-tasking abilities.

Authorization to work in the U.S.

Must be bilingual (Korean and English)

Compensation and Benefits:

Full-time role, Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Salary range: $40K (Entry Level) to $50K
