Dental Hygienist

Part time Hygienist who will is committed in our vision to deliver customized comprehensive care while providing customer service that exceeds patient expectations. Must understand that YOU are NOT just a teeth cleaner and convey to the patient that YOU are an oral health expert that can discuss more than just periodontal health.

We average 30 new patients a month! We are searching for a professional and fun hygienist to join our team part time. Must be reliable, drama-free, and a willing contributor to a motivated, fast growing office.

Office hrs M, T, W, Th. 8:30am-5:30pm; 1 hour for lunch.

8 hour day: 7-8 patients a day.

What does this look like for you? You MUST be able to:

Confidently assess patients for periodontal disease and recommend SRPs as needed.

Finish & Start appts on time so patients are not waiting.

Take Intraoral photos and discuss occlusal damage --> discuss how we can help the patient escape from this continual breakdown with clear aligner therapy and occlusal guards

Echo Dr's treatment plan with patients (clear aligners, occlusal guard, fluoride, etc).

Be outgoing and personable: quickly connect with patients, be curious about them, and be their oral health "coach".

Contribute as a team player: assisting other team members if they need help.

Work without selfish behavior. We work together to grow the office together.
