Cloud Engineer - Hyper Converged Infrastructure

Location : Bhuwenewsar/Hyderabad location Job Role : - Profile : Cloud Engineer (L2) - Cloud HCI - Work Location : Bhubaneswar / Hyderabad - Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology.

- Experience : At least 5 years of experience in managing and supporting Azure cloud (IaaS, PaaS services ) and Azure Stack HCI infrastructure-private cloud(hardware/infra is for end user) OS-windows,Azure Stack - Flexible on working hours and ready for 24/7 support model - Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Linux, or related technologies are a plus.

Knowledge & Skills : - Solid understanding of Windows or Linux operating systems.

- Experience in ITSM processes, particularly incident and change management.

- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description & Responsibilities : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Administrator specializing in Hyper-V, Hyper-V Clusters, Cluster Shared Volumes (CSV), Storage Spaces Direct (S2D), Software-Defined Networking (SDN), and Active Directory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in virtualization, storage, networking, and Active Directory management, with a focus on ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our : Hyper-V Management : - Configure, deploy, and manage Hyper-V virtualization environments.

- Implement and maintain Hyper-V clusters for high availability and load balancing.

- Monitor and optimize virtual machine performance.

Cluster Shared Volumes (CSV) and Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) : - Design, implement, and manage Cluster Shared Volumes for efficient storage utilization.

- Configure and maintain Storage Spaces Direct for scalable and resilient storage solutions.

Software-Defined Networking (SDN) : - Deploy and manage Software-Defined Networking solutions to optimize network infrastructure.

- Implement and configure SDN policies for network segmentation and security.

Active Directory : - Manage and maintain on-premises Active Directory environments.

- Implement security best practices for Active Directory, including Group Policies and access controls.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory-related issues.

Patching and Updates : - Develop and execute patch management strategies for Hyper-V hosts, virtual machines, and Active Directory servers.

- Ensure timely application of security updates and patches to maintain a secure and compliant environment.

Documentation and Reporting : - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Hyper-V, S2D, SDN, and Active Directory configurations.

- Generate regular reports on system performance, capacity, and security compliance.
