About the job SAP PM Consultant Minimum Relevant Experience: : 7 to 10 Years of SAP PM Module Implementation and Support Location: Mumbai Job Description: - Understanding the client Business Requirement & preparation of As-Is, To Be, KDS, GAP Analysis documentation for the same.

- Conducted workshops on various phases of project like BBP phase, master data validation phase with CTMs and End users.

- Responsible for configuration, testing and production support of SAP Plant Maintenance.

- Creation of End user and Core user training material using different tools and conducting workshops for the same.

- Creations of Unit test, Integration test scripts and conducting testing for the same.

- Discussion and freezing of master data and cut over data templates and conducted workshops for the same.

- Maintaining Organization Unit & collected Master Data in Plant Maintenance.

- Maintenance Processing such as Operational functions, Notification, Order & Planning, Scheduling and Completion.

- Planning & execution of maintenance plan Preventive, Breakdown, Corrective, Sub-Orders, Calibration, Capital/Improvement, Refurbishment, Shutdown Maintenance Process.

- Provided End-user support for Preventive maintenance planning and call object generation.

- Involved in Unit testing and Integration testing.

- Experience in the Z reports and creating the Functional specification document and Developed a KPI and reports i.e., Breakdown, Cost analysis, Damage, Statics (Functional Location and Equipment) wise - Integration of SAP PM Module with other modules.

- Involved in collecting QM Master data MIC, Sampling Procedure for Calibration Process.

- Generation of Inspection lot and Results recording and user decisions and collecting the Master data for the same.
