Finxera - Scrum Master

We are seeking highly skilled, team-oriented individual to be a Scrum Master for a high performance cross-functional team of experts.

The ideal candidate shall be an energizing leader, possess strong inter-personal communication and facilitation skills, be detail-oriented, thorough and results-focused.

The Scrum Master would be responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.

Candidate with prior Business Intelligence knowledge will be Organize and conduct daily Stand Up meetings - Manage sprint planning and execution which includes the management of project progress and provide status & visibility - Participate in release planning and scheduling by providing empirical Scrum team statistics, identifying project dependencies, and creating velocity forecasts - Ensure high throughput of development teams by identifying potential issues and roadblocks and working on preventing or eliminating them - Work with Product Management, Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to plan ahead and ensure product backlog is prioritized, groomed, and has sufficient detail, so that it is ready to be worked on to avoid any downtime, ambiguity or rework - Identify and manage cross-team dependencies - Facilitate issue resolution within the team - Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values Required Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team.

- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency - Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc) - Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban - Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs.

- He should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Retro,Sprint Planning - Ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time.

- Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
