Principal Architect

Primary Responsibilities : - Define software architecture and provide clear communication with the team and outside stakeholders to ensure the design is being followed - Design and build an architecture that is scalable, reliable, highly available and performant.

- Assist with tracking and managing product risks and identify ways to reduce or eliminate risk.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Identify improvements for the architecture and develop a plan to implement them - Provide technical guidance to the development team and be able to be hands on to help remove impediments.

- Ensure the product meets high quality standards by designing and architecting based on best practices and standards.

- Oversee and help with development of key architectural components Requirements : - 10 years of hands on technical experience with enterprise software development - 5 years in a technical leadership role - Prior experience working in cross-functional teams - Experience with designing solutions based on multi-tier layered architectures (ref:hirist.tech)
