Base Salary: $90,000-$105,000

OTE: 1st Year: $100,000-$120,000; 2nd Year: $120,000-$150,000+

National Account Manager (B2B sales exp. req.) Description

Our client is looking for a National Account Manager to join their team in Springfield, MA. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities for their supply-chain solutions. It is unlikely you’ll have experience with our client’s service offerings but if you are ambitious and crave learning as much as you can about everything you can to leverage your knowledge to close deals, we’d be surprised if you were not making an OTE of $150,000+ within the next few years. Their leadership team is hungry to invest in their next sales leader. They’re much more focused on finding the right cultural fit than someone with their exact industry experience. National Account Manager (B2B sales exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities

• Develop a sales plan to ensure growth targets are achieved

• Prospect through outbound calling, onsite visits, networking, etc.

• Understand clients’ supply chain needs and offer solutions

• Target accounts whose needs align best with the company’s value propositions

• Maintain consistent follow-up to secure future business

• Work closely with the logistics team to develop pricing

• Visit customer sites to build and nurture relationships

• Meet revenue targets and measurable non-revenue KPIs

National Account Manager (B2B sales exp. req.) Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience required

• Outside sales and customer acquisition background required

• Local travel around New England required

Important note: Within the first year, most of your travel will be local, focusing on clients within 150 miles so overnight travel will be limited. As you grow, you’ll work with larger national accounts which will require monthly overnight travel
