The role

For our young and passionate team, we are looking for a

Junior Financial Accountant. Reporting to our Senior Finance Manager, youll be joining our small and talented Spanish Finance team. You'll be in touch with the local Operations, Marketing, and Management teams as well as with the Group Finance team in Berlin. You will be an integral part of a fast-growing company, making sure that our finance processes can follow our ramp up in volumes.

What you'll do

Responsible for day-to-day invoicing operations, including processing suppliers' and partners' invoices, communication and resolution of invoicing errors, ensuring credit notes reception, etc.

Implementation of clear processes with suppliers related to invoicing set-up and communication

Management of monthly credit cards and expense claims

Responsible for weekly cash reporting

Delivery of regular and ad hoc reporting

Have the opportunity to provide in-depth value-adding analysis to both financial and non-financial senior management which could have a lasting impact on the group globally

What you'll bring

Passion, drive, and great communication skills; English and Spanish proficiency is a must

Extensive experience in a similar role previously or a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or studying for a qualification in CA/ACCA/CPA (or equivalent).

1-3 years experience working in finance and accounting

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Exposure to an ERP system and experience with Oracle Fusion would be advantageous.

Unused leave credits can be converted into money for a maximum of 5 days, provided at the end of the year.

13th-month pay calculated proportionally based on the duration of employment.

Long Service Benefit is granted at a rate of 0.5 times your monthly basic salary per year of service, capped at a maximum of 2 monthly salaries.

Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage is available for the principal employee from the first day of employment and for one dependent after one year.

Group Life Insurance is provided.

Paid time off includes 10 days per year during the first year of employment, and 20 days per year starting from the second year of employment.
