Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote the company's brand and products.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure positive coverage.

Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials to communicate key messages to the media and the public.

Coordinate and manage press events, product launches, and media interviews.

Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.

Collaborate with marketing, advertising, and social media teams to ensure alignment of messaging and maximize reach.

Serve as the company spokesperson and respond to media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare executives and other key stakeholders for media interviews and public appearances.

Manage crisis communications and mitigate negative publicity when necessary.

Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

Proven work experience in public relations, with a minimum of [X] years in a PR management role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and pitches.

Strong media relations skills and a network of contacts in the industry.

Experience organizing and executing successful PR campaigns and events.
