The Marketing Coordinator is a self-motivated individual who will work with the head of marketing to create campaigns and materials for ETE and its portfolio of brands. The position is hands-on and multi-faceted requiring a broad set of skills and experience, perfect for a brand-marketing and advertising-savvy individual with a keen sense for delivering the right message to the right audience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the creation and execution of marketing plans and integrated campaigns across all media platforms which include traditional, digital, and social
Maintain multiple team calendars related to campaigns and events
Work closely with internal clients to ensure strategic alignment with key business goals
Project oversight and management of department initiatives
Creation and distribution of eblasts, emails, and newsletters
Website updates
Copywriting and creative
Ad placement, trafficking, and tracking
Department purchasing (swag, tradeshow items, collateral materials, other)
Maintain budget and tracking of KPIs
Managing customer contact lists
Basic Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
3 - 6 years of Marketing experience in B2B and/or B2C organizations strongly preferred
Marketing or advertising degree a plus

Adobe Creative Suite skills are a bonus (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Digital marketing talent including social media and email campaigns (Adwords, PPC, SEO)
Computer and web savvy, including analytical tools, Google Analytics, etc.
Knowledge and prior use of project management software
