Responsibilities: * Provide first-level support to end users via phone, email, and/or chat * Troubleshoot and resolve technical and software related issues * Document end user interactions and resolutions in IT ticket system * Perform routine maintenance and updates * Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support * Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies Preffered Qualifications * Associate's degree in IT or a related field * 1-2 years of experience in IT support * Epic Systems knowledge * Excellent customer service skills * Related IT Certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.) * Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS and Android operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent written and communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
