Cadence Senior Living is hiring Certified Med-Techs for our Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Mooresville, NC - Cadence Mooresville. Our Medication Care Partners (Med Techs) provide direct care to our senior residents following a personalized medication and treatment plan. Currently Hiring for: Full-time & Part-time - 1st (7a-3p), 2nd (3p-11p), and overnight (11p-7a) shifts available!

Offering a shift differential ($1 extra/hr) for 2nd, 3rd, and all weekend shifts!

What will you do as a Medication Care Partner?

Support residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship

Assist in monitoring the medication program

Setup and assist with self-administration of medication

Order and receive medication; Keep medication files and medical records current and up-to-date

Prioritizes and provides encouragement and support to the residents

Encourage and assist with activity programs

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

Positive team player attitude and love working with people!

Good verbal and written communication skills

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must have or ability to obtain a Medication Technician Certificate (per state requirements)

Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain

Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
