We are hiring an experienced and friendly Floor Maintenance Tech in our beautiful senior living community Cogir at the Narrows. Our Floor Maintenance Tech is responsible for cleaning hard floor surfaces and carpet extraction. They will perform preventive maintenance with light cleaning, touching up paint on walls and doors, etc.

The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 8a-4:30p with on-call coverage.

What will you do as a Floor Maintenance Tech?

Perform routine floor maintenance as directed, completing tasks like painting, floor care, vacuuming, polishing, etc.

Carpet extraction as needed.

Maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition, including residents' apartments, offices, and common areas.

Follow community cleaning schedule and protocol following community guidelines, following established safety precautions.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

General experience with light maintenance, housekeeping, and floor care.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses, cleaning equipment.

Attention to detail and high integrity.

Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
