THE POSITION
HR Recruiter If you're an outgoing extrovert who thrives by connecting with people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, this is the position for you! With a focus on our Core Values of Grit, Respect, Integrity and Accountability, the Recruiter will be tasked with sourcing and contacting potential candidates for job openings, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and be focused on driving results and providing excellent customer service. To be successful in this hybrid role, the Recruiter will be building relationships with internal business partners and possess a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to get things done correctly, with emphasis on working with and through people in the process.
Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values, and vision of the company
Independently screen, qualify, and select candidates according to brand/client standards or communicate specifications
Respond to inbound candidate applications and qualify them for potential openings
Develop and maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates through both active and passive sourcing used for both specific requisitions and ongoing talent networks
Documentation of confidential information per HIPAA standards
Maintain internal databases, including social media, to capture accurate candidate/prospect information, sourcing activity, placement information etc
Develop and maintain good working relationships with the internal leadership to create partnership that yields success, results, and credibility
Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection
Determine applicants' employment acceptability.
Performs other administrative duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite or related software
Experience and Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required
Previous talent acquisition experience required
Familiarity with basic labor laws and EEO regulations, or equivalent work experience, required
At least four years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring life cycle is highly preferred

This is a full-time position based out of Roxboro, NC
This is a hybrid position with the ability to work from home as well as the office
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
