Job Description
An Account Coordinator with 500 ree; plays a crucial role supporting the client-facing account services team. Account Coordinators assist with client communication, coordinating project tasks, and contributing to the overall success of client accounts.

What You'll Do:
Day-to-day support of Account Services team; Assist account team members and directors in managing client relationships by responding to client inquiries, requests, and providing updates on project status
Coordinate and track the progress of projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
Completing administrative tasks within defined timelines; such as:
Creating and updating change orders
Routing artwork/creative assets
Documenting client calls
Updating status
Entering estimates
Address any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution, escalating them to the appropriate parties when necessary
Facilitate communication between various internal departments and external clients to ensure effective collaboration and seamless project execution
What You'll Need:
Associate or bachelor’s Degree with focus in communications, marketing or related field and/or 0-2 years relevant work experience
Must be fluent in MS Office Suite; Keynote fluency a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and able to function is fast-paced, high-volume environment
Must be self-motivated and have strong, effective problem-solving skills
Prior agency experience a plus
Physical & Travel Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
Stamina to handle extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking
Availability to travel up to 15% of the year, as needed, to client locations, industry events, or other relevant destinations
